Data deletion instructions
BodyRangers Studio only connects to accounts owned by BodyRangers and does not collect data about viewers or followers. If you believe we hold data about you, or you connected an account to the Studio, you can remove access and ask us to delete the data as follows.
1. Remove the app's access
- Google / YouTube: open the Google security settings page, choose “BodyRangers Studio”, then “Delete all connections”.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › “BodyRangers Studio” › Remove.
- Instagram: Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites › “BodyRangers Studio” › Remove.
- Threads: Settings › Account › Website permissions › “BodyRangers Studio” › Remove.
2. Ask us to delete your data
Email hoanln12.it@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the account or page concerned. We do not need any password or code from you.
- We confirm receipt and delete the data from the Studio's database and our devices within 7 days, then reply to confirm.
- Data obtained through an authorization that was removed is deleted within 30 days even without a request.
- Content you posted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or X stays under your control on those platforms and is deleted there.
